These containers provide an intimate group setting to breathe through pain, with conditioning and into joy. They are opportunities to explore group process, breath, ceremony and being together as we walk each other home one breath at a time.

    Shifting the Deeper Layers: unraveling the relational in community

    This is a weekly Somatic Experiencing process group.

    “We begin life with the world presenting itself to us as it is.     Shifting the Deeper Layers is a process group focused on the deeper layers of material re-enacting all the time impacting our lens and shaping our reality. These 90 minute groups are intended to bring forward the autonomic layers of material into the light to be re-negotiated and met with loving kindness.

    You will be guided with breathwork and somatic practices to get into the body and then see what unfolds as you are led with exquisite care to feel the somatic experience of what comes up when being with others in a relational field.

    Room for 6 people. This is a closed group.

    $100/session. Payment plans available.

  • Before the first breath

    Before the First Breath: a Ketamine Group to explore the Maternal Mother Matrix Messages through the soma.

    September 26, 11-1: Open with ceremony. 2 hours.

    October 10, 10-2: A medicine session to explore the Mother matrix through the soma. 4 hours .

    October 17 11-1 : Close the container/integration. 2 hours.

    This container is for 3 people who have done medicine work with me before or have therapeutic experience with ketamine.

    At my pollinator sanctuary just outside of Frederick, MD.

  • Grief Tenders (opens again Fall of 2026)

    A sacred space for those who want to practice grieving in community; a place to lay down your pain and be held in love.

    This space is for all types of grief: death of a loved one, ecocide, family estrangement, chronic pain and illness and all types of invisible losses. All of it welcome.
