Psychedelic Somatics

Using the Field Between us to Heal

Psychedlic Somatics

Psychedelic Somatics centers around the idea that liberation lives in the relational - that it lives in the kind eyes and sweet replies between mourning doves, mourning without blame.

This work is about allowing the implicit stories that live in our tissues to have space to renegotiate our early experiences, to be seen in our deepest shame with knowing and reassuring eyes, to find warmth where once things felt cold and to see ourselves through the tender eyes of the other.

We explore the experience in the moment as we slowly dial back management strategies and allow the implicit to emerge. Often times the participant wears eye shades to keep the attention inward and sometimes the work is about eye contact - the dance of contact and withdrawal through the field between us. The other participants lend their witnessing to broaden the healing container.

[These offerings include the use of psychedelics as a tool for bringing the implicit forward and coming out of our default patterns.]

The intention

The intention of this work  is to be guided into the somatic patterns that keep us from being fully present in the now. The medicine is relationship, which of course is fraught with complexity - all of it welcome.

The invitation is to explore patterns of relationship and connection as they arise in the present moment. And with guidance and support, feel into the complexities of staying in relationship as we go into our patterns.

We will explore looping, management strategies, and the story of separation as they shape posture, breath, projections and somatic experiences.

You will be guided to inhibit your management strategies, with exquisite consent, so we can allow the material to come forward out of the implicit and into the womb of the sangha for renegotiation and completion.

The foundation of this work is full body consent. We slow down and bow down to the resistance, the tension, the whispering No's...we make space for all the parts, and weave the wounds with connection, compassion and transpersonal spaces.

In and out

Up and down

Side to side

Round and round

We weave the wounds with kind eyes, with grand skies and the softest replies between morning doves, morning without blame.

We weave with chosen mothers and sisters, soft muzzles and grey whiskers; tree bark that whispers “I am not going anywhere.”

We weave with breaths that mobilize our agency and breaths that move us courageously. Breaths that walk us into the transpersonal - onto the cosmic shores, an unshaming of galactic proportions; electron clouds filled with an emptiness blessed by the light of compassion and sound waves bathing us home.

We even weave with resistance and stitches and bandaids and rain dates. We weave and we weave until we remember that it’s the weaving that is the healing - the movement, the feeling, the coming undone to be respun by the larger web of soft hands woven with knowing faces and Spanish moss laces.

We weave our way home, wound after wound. We weave and we weave…together.

This work is a weaving of my heart with the work of Peter Levine (SE), Majia Jade, Robin Temple, Myrna Martin and others.

Shifting the Deeper Layers

Unraveling the relational in community

This is a bimonthly Somatic Experiencing process group.

“We begin life with the world presenting itself to us as it is. Someone - our parents, teachers, analysts - hypnotizes us to ‘see’ the world and construe it in the ‘right’ way …The task is to break the hypnotic spell, so that we can…[let] the world speak to us in new voices and…write all its possible meaning in the new book of our existence.” ~Sidney Jourard

Shifting the Deeper Layers is a process group focused on the deeper layers of material re-enacting all the time impacting our lens and shaping our reality. These 2 hour, bimonthly groups are intended to bring forward the autonomic layers of material into the light to be re-negotiated and met with loving kindness.

You will be guided with breathwork and somatic practices to get into the body and then see what unfolds as you are led with exquisite care to feel the somatic experience of what comes up when being with others in a relational field.

Room for 6 people. This is a closed group for 3 months.

$150/session , $900 total. Payment plans available.

9/30 - 12/2. 3:30PM- 5:30PM.

Group/sangha work (PSIP)

spring 2026

The work in these containers is based on a turn taking model where each person will have a turn with me facilitating within the container of the group. When it's not your turn, you will be called to witness and offer your presence to widen the field for quantum healing.

Please reach out to explore fit.

Albert Einstein said, "we can’t solve problems using the same kind of thinking we used when they were created."

Our most intimate relationships can be containers and playgrounds for healing the relational wounds of our childhoods; the abandoning, the ambivalence; the patterns of avoidance and dysfunction that we lived and breathed shaping our sense of reality. The patterns of our early relationships continue to re-enact until we bring them forward to be seen and met in a new way.

I offer low dose ketamine assisted couples work to support the unraveling of these patterns. The use of ketamine lowers defenses so that we can hear each other. It’s in the listening that the healing happens. I often say, this work is not about compromise, it’s about shift. Once deeply, truly heard, everything shifts and often the needs we have held so tightly to can shift.

I also offer multi day intensives for couples to go deeper. Feel free to reach out to explore fit.

Ketamine ASSISTED COUPLES WORK

Before the First Breath:

A Ketamine Group to explore the Maternal Matrix Messages &Early Relational Healing

Before the First Breath: a Ketamine Group to explore the Maternal Matrix Messages & Early Relational Healing

Some of our deepest wounds were formed before we had words for them - held in the body, shaped by what was given and what was missing in our earliest relationships. This group uses ketamine-assisted therapy as a portal into that preverbal landscape, where the nervous system stores what the mind has never fully processed.

Drawing on Jack Rosenberg's and others Maternal Matrix Messages and a somatic framework, we work with the implicit memories and body-held patterns that grew from early mother wounds - gently creating conditions for those old encodings to be met, updated, and integrated at the level where they actually live.

This is not talk therapy. It is an experiential, body-based process that invites the nervous system into something it may never have received: the felt sense of being wanted, safe, and enough.

practitioner EXPERIENTIAL

This practitioner experiential is for healers who are curious about integrating psychedelics into their work or are interested about the work for themselves. Unlike large dose psychedelic work (sitter model), this model uses relational doses to facilitate interpersonal healing. It gets at the early material we are managing all the time impacting our relationships and sense of reality. I have found it to be life changing for me and my clients. Click here for more information. Frederick, MD.

The work, as i see it, is to come back into relationship with our conditioning with so much tenderness, the conditioning blooms into relief with petals of tears. it’s feeling the patterns in relationship, instead of alone, that allows for the EXPERIENCE to be deeply felt and understood, and through that, laid to rest on the wide lap of the mother.
