4 Day intensive

Saturday - Tuesday, (10/11- 10/14) 10 AM to 5 PM. (Note the date change)

In this 4 day intensive, you will have a 2 hour psychedelic somatic turn in a skillfully held container where you will be seen, heard and believed.

Intensives are powerful in that they are closed groups of committed people there to bear witness and to in turn be seen in their work. The intention is to create layers of support for early patterns to come to the surface to be met with presence and love.

Essential elements of these containers are:

  • Breathwork to arrive, ground and connect to the land (body).

  • Sound and vibration to simulate co-regulation and down regulation.

  • Ritual to anchor the opening and closing of the sangha.

  • A safe supportive environment where you are nurtured by layers of support so you can unravel longstanding patterns as they re-enact through the physiology and the viscera.

  • 3 Sacred Black Walnut mother trees standing tall in their protection of the space and myriad interspecies kin to accompany you on your healing journey.

These intensives are mindfully curated spaces of no more than 6 people to do deep healing work through the felt sense of layers of support.

the exchange

The exchange is $1400, which includes an individual prep session if you haven’t already done PSIP and group integration. If you have already done PSIP with me, then the exchange is $1200. All sessions are held on my tiny (yet deep) pollinator sanctuary just outside of Frederick, MD.
